Whatever you give away today or think or say or do
Will multiply about tenfold and then return to you.
It may not come immediately, nor from the obvious source,
But the LAW applies unfailing through some invisible force.
Whatever you feel about another, be it love or hate or passion,
Will surely bounce right back to you in some clear or secret
fashion.
If you speak about some person, a word of praise or two,
Soon tons of other people will speak kind words to you.
Our thoughts are broadcasts of the soul, no secrets of the brain.
Kind ones bring us happiness, petty ones, untold pain.
Giving works as surely as reflections in a mirror.
If hate you send, hate youll get back, but loving brings love
nearer.
Remember, as you start this day, and duty crowds your mind,
That kindness comes quickly back, to those who are first kind!
Let that thought and this one direct you through each day
The only things we ever keep are the things we give away!

When we are mindful of every nuance
of our natural world, we finally get the picture: that we are only given one dazzling moment of life here on Earth,
and we must stand before that reality both humbled and elevated, subject to every law of our universe and grateful
for our brief but intrinsic participation with it. (From her biography of naturalist Eustace Conway.)
Elizabeth Gilbert
Laughter,
while it lasts, slackens and unbraces the mind, weakens the faculties and
causes a kind of remissness and dissolution in all the powers of
the soul; and thus it may be looked on as weakness in the composition
of human nature. But if we consider the frequent reliefs we receive
from it and how often it breaks the gloom which is apt to depress the
mind and damp our spirits, with transient, unexpected gleams of
joy, one would take care not to grow too wise for so great a pleasure of
life. *Joseph Addison (1672 -
1719)

Today I will delete from my diary- two
days: - yesterday and tomorrow. Yesterday was to learn and tomorrow will be the
consequence of what I can do today.
Today I will face life with the conviction that this day will not ever return.
Today is the last opportunity I have to live intensely, as no one can assure me
that I will see tomorrow's sunrise. Today I will be brave enough not to let any
opportunity pass me by, my only alternative is to succeed. Today I will invest
my most valuable resource: my time, in the most transcendental work: my life; I
will spend each minute passionately to make of today a different and unique day
in my life. Today I will defy every obstacle that appears on my way trusting I
will succeed. Today I will resist pessimism and will conquer the world with a
smile, with the positive attitude of expecting always the best. Today I will
make of every ordinary task a sublime expression, Today I will have my feet on
the ground understanding reality and the stars' gaze to invent my future. Today
I will take the time to be happy and will leave my footprints and my presence
in the hearts of others!
Today, I invite you to begin a new season where we can dream that everything we
undertake is possible and we fulfill it, with joy and dignity.
Have a
Fantastic Day and a Better One Tomorrow!

The Awakening
The Awakening
A time comes in your life
when you finally get it...when in the midst of
all your fears and insanity
you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere
the voice inside your head
cries out - ENOUGH! Enough fighting and
crying or struggling to hold
on. And, like a child quieting down after a
blind tantrum, your sobs
begin to subside, you shudder once or twice,
you blink back your tears
and through a mantle of wet lashes you begin
to look at the world through
new eyes.
"This is your
awakening!"
You realize it's time to
stop hoping and waiting for something to change
or for happiness, safety and
security to come galloping over the next
horizon. You come to terms
with the fact that he or she is not Prince or
Princess Charming and you
are not Cinderella or Cinderfella and in the
real world there aren't
always fairy tale endings (or beginnings for
that matter) and that any
guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin
with you and in the process,
a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.
You awaken to the fact that
you are not perfect and not everyone will
always love, appreciate or
approve of who or what you are...and that's
OK. (They are entitled to
their own views and opinions.) You learn the
importance of loving and
championing yourself and in the process, a
sense of new-found
confidence is born of self-approval.
You stop criticizing and
blaming other people for the things they did to
you (or didn't do for you)
and you learn that the only thing you can
really count on is the
unexpected. You learn people don't always say
what they mean or mean what
they say and not everyone will always be
there for you and that it's
not always about you. So, you learn to stand
on your own and to take care
of yourself and in the process, a sense of
safety and security is born
of self-reliance.
You stop judging and
pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as
they are, and to overlook
their shortcomings and human frailties, and in
the process, a sense of
peace and contentment is born of forgiveness.
You realize that much
of the way you view yourself, and the world around you, is as a result of all
the messages and opinions that have been ingrained into your psyche. You begin
to sift through all the beliefs
you've been fed about how
you should behave, how you should look, how much you should weigh, what you
should wear, where you should shop, what you should drive, how and where you
should live, what you should do for a living, who you should sleep with, who
you should marry, what you should expect of a marriage, the importance of
having and raising children or what you owe your parents.
You learn to open up to new
worlds and different points of view. You
begin reassessing and
redefining who and what you are and what you
really stand for. You learn
the difference between wanting and needing
and you begin to discard the
doctrines and values you've outgrown, or
should never have bought
into to begin with, and in the process you
learn to trust your own
knowing.
You learn it is truly in
giving that we receive, that there is power and
glory in creating and
contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a
"consumer" looking for your next fix. You learn that
principles such as honesty
and integrity are not the outdated ideals of
a by-gone era but the mortar
that holds together the foundation upon
which you must build a life.
You learn you don't know everything, it's
not your job to save the
world and you can't teach a pig to sing. You
learn to distinguish between
guilt and responsibility and the importance
of setting boundaries and
learning to say NO. You learn the only cross
to bear is the one you
choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at
the stake. Then, you learn
about love, romantic love and familial love.
You learn how to love, how
much to give in love, when to stop giving and
when to walk away. You learn
not to project your needs or your feelings
onto a relationship. You
learn you will not be, more beautiful, more
intelligent, more lovable or
important because of the man or woman on
your arm or the child that
bears your name.
You learn to look at
relationships as they really are and not as you
would have them be. You stop
trying to control people, situations and
outcomes. You learn just as
people grow and change, so it is with
love...and you learn you
don't have the right to demand love on your
terms...just to make you
happy.
You learn that alone does
not mean lonely...and you look in the mirror
and come to terms with the
fact that you will never be a size 3 or a
perfect 10 and you stop
trying to compete with the image inside your
head and agonizing over how
you "stack up."
You also stop working so
hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing
things over and ignoring
your needs. You learn feelings of entitlement
are perfectly OK...and that
it is your right to want things and to ask
for the things that you
want...and that sometimes it is necessary to
make demands.
self-respect.
You learn your body really
is your temple. You begin to care for it and
treat it with respect. You
begin eating a balanced diet, drinking more
water and taking more time
to exercise. You learn fatigue diminishes the spirit and can create doubt and
fear so you take more time to rest. And, just as food fuels the body, laughter
fuels our soul, so you take more time to laugh and to play.
You learn, that for the most
part in life, you get what you believe you
deserve...and that much of
life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You learn anything worth
achieving is worth working for and wishing for
something to happen is
different from working toward making it happen.
More importantly, you learn
in order to achieve success you need
direction, discipline and
perseverance. You also learn no one can do it
all alone and that it's OK
to risk asking for help.
You learn the only thing you
must truly fear is the great robber baron You come to the realization
that you deserve to be treated with love, kindness, sensitivity and
respect and you won't settle for less. You
allow only the hands of a
lover who cherishes you to glorify you with
his or her touch...and in
the process you internalize the meaning of
of all time, FEAR itself.
You learn to step right into and through your fears because you know
whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to
fear is to give away the right to live life on your terms.
You
learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom. You learn
life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and
sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people. On these occasions
you learn not to personalize things. You learn no one is punishing you or
failing to
answer your prayers. It is
just life happening.
You learn to deal with evil
in its most primal state - the ego. You
learn negative feelings such
as anger, envy and resentment must be
understood and redirected or
they will suffocate the life out of you and
poison the universe that
surrounds you. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges
instead of walls.
You learn to be thankful and
to take comfort in many of the simple
things we take for granted,
things that millions of people upon the
earth can only dream about:
a full refrigerator, clean running water, a
soft warm bed, a long hot
shower.
Slowly, you begin to take
responsibility for yourself by yourself and to
make yourself a promise to
never betray yourself and to never, ever
settle for less than your
heart's desire. You hang a wind chime outside
your window so you can
listen to the wind and you make it a point to
keep smiling, to keep
trusting, and to stay open to every wonderful
possibility. Finally, with
courage in your heart and with faith by your
side you take a stand, you
take a deep breath and you begin to design
the life you want to live as
best as you can.

Ah, but it makes a great deal of
difference, you see. It is the difference between the unknown and the unknowable, between science and fantasy - it is a matter
of essance. The four points of the compass be logic, knowledge, wisdom and the unknown. Some do bow in the final direction.
Others advance upon it. To bow before the one is to lose sight of the three. I may submit to the unkown, but never to the
unknowable. The man (or woman) who bows in that final direction is either a saint or a fool. I have no use for either.

It is not by accident that the happiest people are those who make a conscious
effort to live useful lives. Their happiness . . . is not a shallow exhilaration where life is one continuos intoxicating
party. Rather,
their happiness is a deep sense of inner peace that comes when they believe their
lives have meaning and that they are making a difference for good in the world. ~
Ernest Fitzgerald ~

Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be
wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things
and move forward with your life. Remember
that fear always lurks behind perfectionism. Confronting your fears and allowing yourself the
right to be human can, paradoxically,
make yourself a happier and more productive person.

The absence of inspiration in your life does not
lead merely to complacency. It breeds cynicism, hatred, depression, and,
ultimately, violence! It is the absence of self-inspiration
that
represents the greatest threat to fulfilling your
life purpose. Inspiring yourself is the key to the promise of your grandest life fulfilled. Inspiration is not merely a
matter of being "fired up!"
It is, at its core, a deep communion with oneslove
for humanity
and life itself. Inspiration does not come
from simply big enterprises. It comes from courageous ones. It comes
from a sense of purpose. By Barbara Rose
THE VALUE OF A SMILE Author Unknown
A smile cost nothing, but gives much.
It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes
but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it, and none is so poor but
that he can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is
the countersign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and
is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is
of no value to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none
needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.
The meaning of life is to be who you are.
Never ever change for anyone else. Live life to the fullest. Do not worry about the past, for it is gone and tommorrow may
never come. Never take anything for granted, for we may never get to enjoy them again. Life is to find your passion and live
it. Never to give up hope and your dreams, you will reach it if you try hard enough and you know that you can succeed, if
you just put your mind to it and get away from the negative opinions of others. Life is a mystery in which we must search
for the answer. When we think we have found it, we should then live by it and make the best of it!
Believe in your heart that something wonderful is about to happen. Love your life. Believe
in your own powers, and your own potential, and in your own innate goodness. Wake every morning with the awe of
just being alive. Discover each day the magnificent, awesome beauty in the world. Explore and embrace life in yourself and
in everyone you see each day. Reach within to find your own specialness. Amaze yourself and rouse those around you to
the potential of each new day. Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect; this is the essence of your
humanity. Let those who love you help you. Trust enough to be able to take. Look with hope to the horizon of today, for
today is all we truly have. Live this day well. Let a little sun out as well as in. Create your own rainbows. Be
open to all your possibilities; all possibilities and Miracles. Always believe in Miracles. - Author Unknown
My Wishes For You May you find serenity and tranquility in a
world you may not always understand. May the pain you have known and the conflict you have experienced give you the strength to walk through life facing each new situation with optimism and courage. Always know that there are those whose love and understanding will always be there even when you feel
most alone. May you discover enough goodness in others to believe in a world of peace; reassuring
touch, a warm smile, be yours every day of your
life, and may you give these gifts as well as
receive them. Remember the sunshine when the storm seems
unending. Teach love to those who know hate, and let that love embrace you as you go
into the world. May the teaching of those you admire become part of you,so that you may call upon them. Remember, those whose lives you have
touched and who have touched yours are always a
part of you, even if the encounters were less than you would have wished. May you not become too concerned with material matters, but instead place immeasurable value on the goodness in your
heart. Find time in each day to see the beauty and love in the world around you. Realize that each person has limitless
abilities, but each of us is different in our own
way. What you may feel you lack in one regard may be more than compensated for in
another. What you feel you lack in the present may become one of your strengths in the
future. May you see your futureas one filled with promise
and possibility. Learn to view everything as a worthwhile experience. May you find enough inner strength to determine your own worth by yourself, and not be dependent on another's
judgments of your accomplishments. May You Always Feel Loved!

Being a leader is a privileged position. You not only
have to look out for your own needs, but for the needs of others. You will not be an effective person in charge if you disregard
the wants of all others. Consider yourself a member of the group, fortunate enough to act as a representative of that group.
Do what you can to make others happy, acting in the best interest of as many people as you can. Serve them. Listen to what
they all have to say. By working together with everybody, you'll be able to accomplish more than you ever could alone.

Tomorrow will forever be A day I most look toward
The adventure of a new beginning And a time not
yet explored Each day is different than the last And offers something new So walk a path untraveled And get a
different view Tomorrow is the hope for more Than what you have today A journey through a time unknown For whatever
comes your way Tomorrow is the future Take time to breathe new air Then stop and smell the flowers Along the way
somewhere Tomorrow brings just what it will It’s not your choice to make Embrace it though with optimism And,
of it, do partake It is a time to start afresh With the coming of the dawn Tomorrow has become today And yesterday

If Your Not Being Treated As A
Goddess- Its Time To Make Changes!
I Have a Wonderful Life I may not have a lot
of fame Nor a mansion on a hill
I have no real fine gifts to give There is nothing to
reveal.
I do not have a lot of wealth But I have the things
I need There are those who have most everything
Whose lives are full of greed?
I have a kind and loving heart With gentleness doth
reign There are those who have no heart at all
And send out lots of pain.
I have a wonderful spirit That will never grow jagged
or old There are those who have no feeling at all
Their days are dark and cold.
I have a wonderful pair of legs To help me get around
There are those who have no legs at all To lift them
when they’re down.
I have a wonderful pair of arms To give a hug or two
There are those who have no arms at all To feel the
love I do.
I have a wonderful pair of hands To let me work and
play There are those who have no hands at all
To help them through the day.
I have a wonderful pair of ears To listen to the rain
There are those who cannot hear at all The splash upon
the pane.
I have a wonderful pair of eyes They have beheld some
beautiful sights. There are those who cannot see at
all Their world is black as night.
I have a wonderful sense of smell And enjoyed the aroma
of flowers There are those who cannot know this joy
And miss life’s fragrant hours.
My life has been a rainbow With only a bit of strife
Today I counted my blessings I have a wonderful life.
All persons, no matter how big, make mistakes. But history teaches
us that big people refuse to falter because of their mistakes. Henry Ford forgot to put a reverse gear in his first automobile.
Edison once spent over two million dollars on an invention which proved of little value. The person who makes no mistakes
lacks boldness and the spirit of adventure. They are the ones who never try anything new; they are the brake on the
wheel of progress. Remember, a mistake becomes an error only when nothing is done to correct it .....
Kindness is an inner desire that makes us want to do good things even
if we do not get anything in return. It is the joy of our life to do them. When we do good things from this inner desire,
there is kindness in everything we think, say, want and do. ~ Emmanuel Swedenborg
